The straightforward version of how ClockWiFi works and what to expect. Written in plain language — no fine print tricks.

1. The agreement

These terms cover your use of ClockWiFi — the ClockWifi Device hardware, the dashboard, and any related services. By purchasing or using ClockWiFi, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting them for a business, you confirm you can act on its behalf.

2. What you get

ClockWiFi provides time-controlled guest Wi-Fi. This includes the ClockWifi Device, access to the dashboard for managing sessions and settings, and (where enabled) cloud synchronization of your configuration and session data.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use ClockWiFi in your venue, including any policies you set for guests, how you share the guest network, and how your staff operate the dashboard. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to use it to interfere with other networks.

4. Payments and plans

Prices and plan features are described on the pricing page. All SaaS subscription plans require a separate one-time purchase of a ClockWifi Device. When you sign up, we will confirm the amount before you commit.

5. Hardware

The ClockWifi Device is supplied to support the service you have agreed with us. Keep it connected to power and your network as instructed. Do not open or modify the hardware — it contains no user-serviceable parts.

6. Availability

We work to keep ClockWiFi reliable, and local session control is designed to keep working even when the Internet or our Cloud is temporarily unavailable. No service can be perfect, however, and we are not liable for any loss caused by interruptions outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

ClockWiFi is provided to support your guest Wi-Fi, not to guarantee income or foot traffic. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will let you know before it takes effect. Continued use of ClockWiFi after a change means you accept the updated terms.
